C1 Search Doesn't Locate Item
You are doing a search in Customer1, and cannot locate the item for which you are searching, but if you enter the exact ID, the system can locate it.
The default number of initial search results returned in one page is only 100 records per page. If the search results number more than 100, the rest of the results are in the succeeding pages.
Either click on the View All hyperlink so all records show on one page, or click on the Next or Last hyperlink to view the remaining records.
