The Customer1 reporting package lets you build and deploy robust reports that leverage information on the progress and effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, helping you to manage your business.

There are three types of reports for use with Customer1:

• Transactional Reports- Real time information that runs directly against the live application data. nVision is used to run transactional reports.
  
  
• eReports- Day-old information run against a database called the Operational Data Source (ODS). The data is refreshed nightly.
  
  
• Cube reports - The Lead Cube is an OLAP construction built from the database that allows drill-through analysis. Reports are handled through a Cognos product called Impromptu.
