The Metrics tab lets you review Performance metrics assigned to the Campaign, as well as see a summary of statistics related to the Waves assigned to the given Campaign. Wave metrics rollup to the Campaign Metrics tab.

The Cost Metrics and Summary of Wave Costs sections are not currently used within Customer1.

1. Select Establish Marketing Campaigns, then Establish Marketing Campaigns, then Use, and finally Campaign Detail.
   
   
2. Click on the Metrics tab.
   
   
3. Drill down to Wave Detail and expand the Performance Metrics section.

The Campaign Metrics that are currently available are:

• No. of Total Responses - Calculates all leads that the campaign is associated to.
  
  
• No. of Leads - Calculates all leads that this campaign is associated to which have a status other than 'Inquiry' or 'Marketing Inquiry'.
  
  
• No of Closed Deals - Calculates all opportunities that this campaign is associated to which have a status of 'Closed-Won' or Forecast Type of 'Closed'.
  
  
• No. of Opportunities - Calculates all opportunities that this campaign is associated to regardless of status.

Recalculation Button

The ReCalc button enables you to see the most current metrics/statistics associated with the Campaign. Click the ReCalc button for the desired Metric ID to generate the real-time statistics.
