How to Handle Duplicate Leads
Converted duplicate leads to the existing opportunity for the original lead. When converting a lead to an existing opportunity, please be aware that none of the data selected to copy over will be carried forward to the existing opportunity. You need to open the existing opportunity after conversion and update the new information from the duplicate lead.
