When to use C1 vs Collateral Center to Fulfill
When fulfilling an item, the collateral center and Customer1 are both viable options, depending on the needs of the respective prospects.
There are big differences in what collateral is available in the collateral center versus Customer1 today. Customer1 provides access to kits/campaigns. The Lead Management organization uses Customer1 to send out fulfillment related to specific marketing campaigns, typically a kit of preselected materials. Customer1 is limited in the ability to send one of each item to a specific person with each request. Using the Collateral Center, you can send collateral electronically and by a ground shipping method. You can also send multiple copies of collateral to multiple people very easily.
