ICE Consultants and External Testers
How will consultants or external testers be identified in ICE, and how will they get access?
Each unique person will need to have his or her own login ID, which is a network ID. In addition, to receive notifications each person must have an individual Lotus Notes email account. The manager responsible for the tester or consultant should determine whether a unique login is necessary, and if so, take appropriate steps to obtain the login.
