Customer Connection's search engine runs every couple of hours. A new posting is not reflected on Customer Connection until the search engine has indexed the item. Once an item has been posted, any actions taken (make unavailable, make available, supersede) are reflected immediately, although certain fields included in the search indices are not updated until the search engine runs again.
