Hints on doing searches in ICE:
- Set a word in quotation marks when it contains a special character, such as the ampersand (&): "AT&T"
- Enclose phrases in quotation marks: "the quick brown fox" (case-sensitive, will not find "The Quick Brown Fox")
- Enter the entire string to search for alphanumerics; partial word searches are not supported (for example, FDM750, not 750). Otherwise, be sure to include the partial string between asterixes (*FDM*)
- When there are periods within words, the words must be enclosed in quotation marks ("CMD.Tag"). This is not necessary for decimal points in numbers, however.
