How Will ICE Migration Affect Customers?
Once migration is complete, customers will have enhanced searching capabilities for Updates and Fixes. If a customer searches for an issue that was posted prior to migration, he or she will be able to navigate to the issue description using the new interface; but when choosing to obtain the update, the old APRD/Domino view will appear. Resolutions posted directly through ICE will have a different appearance.
