ICE Requirements Determination
Representatives from PRD, GSC, QA, Development, and Documentation provided input and reviewed the requirements for ICE. The underlying assumption was that ICE needed to provide the same or better functionality as our existing systems (APRD, TPRD, Gromit, PDI, and Vantastic), while adding better ability to relate multiple releases and products per issue and provide better metrics.
