Cannot Locate Contact Record from Search/Find
You cannot locate a contact record from the Search page/Find an existing value page of Maintain Contacts.
The No Contact checkbox can only have either a Yes (check) or No (uncheck) value. The default is Uncheck or No.
When searching for a Contact (Home> Manage Customers> Manage Customers> Use> Maintain Contacts), try checking or unchecking the No Contact checkbox and then click on the Search button.
