Follow the steps below to install the Interactive Intelligence (I3) Administrator on your workstation.

Note: This is for managers only.

1. Go to the Lotus Notes Software Library.
   
   
2. Select Standard Software Package Installs.
   
   
3. Open Interactive Intelligence Admin.
   
   
4. Click on the Interactive Intelligence 2.2 Administrator button to start the installation. An installation screen appears while the software is being installed.
   

This completes the installation. After installing Interactive Intelligence Admin, you are ready to log in and begin using the I3 Administrator.

To log in:

1. Go to Start, Programs, Interactive Intelligence, Interactive Administrator to launch the program and open the login window.
   
   
2. Enter your Interactive Intelligence Username and Password.
   
3. Click OK.

Note: Each Manager will be issued an individual CIC Username and Password.
