If you have called a location requiring that you dial digits, such as "Press 0 to reach an operator" or "Enter the extention now," do the following:

1. In the My Interactions window, right-click on the active call.
   
   
2. Select Open Object Window.
   
   
3. When prompted to enter digits, select them using the numeric keypad on the Client Call Window screen.
