There are four ways of placing an outgoing call:

• From the Number field, enter the external phone number or the internal extenson. Then either press Enter or click on Make Call on the client.
  
  
• From the Number dropdown box, select a previously dialed call.
  
  
• From the My Calls dropdown, select a recently disconnected call.
  
  
• From the Company Directory, double-click an employee name.

NOTE: Do not use the keypad on your phone to dial. The system does not recognize that you are on the phone and might route calls to you while you are dialing or speaking to someone on another call.
