Worklist Notification via Opportunity or Lead Not Received
You have attempted to send a notification via Opportunity or Lead through Worklist, and the notification wasn't received. This is because the person you selected is either not internal to PeopleSoft, or doesn't have a worker/sales record attached to his/her profile.
To resolve this problem, enter the recipient's email address directly in the To: or cc: field.
