How do I access the Customer1 Information website?
Log in to Planet PeopleSoft using your network name and password. For information, see Eureka! document 15270 — How to log on to Planet PeopleSoft.
From the Planet PeopleSoft home page, select Communities, then Sales (Field Connection).
Click Customer1.

You can log on to Customer1 directly through Planet PeopleSoft.

Use your Domino username and password to log in.

What do I do if I don't have access to Customer1?
To gain access to Customer1 you need a user ID.
Your Regional Power User is responsible for submitting a Customer1 Access Request form through a Northstar ticket for all new users. If you are not located in a Region, your manager must submit on your behalf. Do not submit the form yourself.
Make certain your manager has submitted your new-hire paperwork.
Once you have been added to the human resources system, an "EIP" (Enterprise Integration Point action) advises the PeopleSoft 8 CRM application (Customer1) that you are now an active employee. While you are being set up in the human resources system, ask your power user to submit a NorthStar ticket to grant you security access to Customer1 using the following service categories:

What do I do if I don't have the right access/privileges?
To change your access to Customer1, you need to ask your Regional Power User to submit a NorthStar ticket using the following service categories:
Service Area: Customer1
Service Type: Security
Service Detail: I have inappropriate access

Why can't I see a certain section?
Check the View Section drop-down list, or click on Personalize Sections to make sure that the specific section is not marked as "hidden."

Why can't I access Review Account Plan?
The Review Account Plan link is disabled if you're not a member of the Account Team. To be placed on the Account Team, contact the Account Team Owner or the Regional Power User.

How do I delete tasks on the Task Calendar?
The Task Calendar displays all tasks, whether they're completed, canceled, etc. They cannot be deleted.
