Using a speakerphone with HELLO
Because the sound quality of a call can be distorted through the speaker, speakerphones are not recommended when using the HELLO voice recognition system. Background noises and long phrases can also cause the system to not recognize a name. Use "Yes" and "No" responses to the prompts when they are received. For the best results when using the HELLO voice recognition system, use the handset on your telephone.
