To use the HELLO voice recognition system:

1. From a Pleasanton or Denver PeopleSoft office: Press the " 0" key on the telephone keypad from any desktop extension.
   
   From all other PeopleSoft offices: Dial 6-774-3556 (6-77H-ELLO).

2. Say the first and last name of the employee or contractor you want to speak with. Be sure to speak clearly and slowly so the system can interpret the name you are saying.

3. The system will then confirm the name that you requested.
   
   Name is correct: Say " Yes."
   
   Name is incorrect: Say " No."

The system will connect you to the person you requested to speak with if you stated that the name was correct. If you stated that the name was not correct, you will be brought to the beginning to request the name again.
