You can print multiple documents from a Lotus Notes database at the same time. Follow these steps to print several documents at once:

1. Open the view that shows all of the documents that you want to print.

2. Click in the left margin next to the name of each document that you want to print. (A check mark will appear next to the document).

3. Click on the File option of the menu bar and select Print....

4. In the middle of the screen under View options: click the Print se lected documents radio button.

5. Click on the OK button to send the print job to the printer.
