How to add a page to the Lotus Notes workspace

Document number: 10049

The Lotus Notes workspace contains icons for the databases accessed. The workspace can be organized by putting grouping similar databases on one page and others on other pages. New pages can be added to the workspace very easily.

Adding a page to the Lotus Notes workspace:

  1. Open the Lotus Notes workspace by clicking the Workspace bookmark located in the Databases bookmark folder.

  2. Select C reate from the menu bar and select W orkspace Page from the drop down list.

  3. Double-click on the newly created tab (not in the workspace) so that the page can be named and the color changed if desired:
    • Page name: Type the name for this workspace page.
    • Tab color: Click the down arrow to select a color from the color palette.

  4. Close the Properties dialog box by clicking on the X in the upper right corner.

A new workspace page has been created.
